Shrine Drive-Thru Tree Auto Park- bike ride (5/8/20) Blog post 62

We decided to take an evening bike ride to the Drive-thru tree auto park just less than a mile from the Giant Redwood RV park. It is this cute little place. It was closed, but allowed people to walk in, bike in, or drive in. There were different cost for each method of going in. It cost $2.00 per bike. Neil only had $3.00, so he placed it in the box and in we went. We sadly saw people going in without paying at all. It took about 15 minutes to ride through the park and take pictures.

There is a large tree that you can drive thru, or should I say small cars can drive thru.
As you drive the course, you come along, cute cottage house made from the trunk of trees. We then came across a trunk of a tree, thats diameter is so wide you can drive a car onto it.
