Lemolo Lake/Crater Lake (5/26/20 - 5/31/20) Blog post 70

I have been waiting for this destination. I heard so many wonderful things about Lemolo and Crater Lakes. I was able to get us reservations at the KOA Lemolo/Crate Lake. This is a very busy KOA. This park offers sites for RV's, Tents, cute cabins near the lake, and boat parking for the day. The boats start coming in very early in the morning. I don't know much about fishing, but I have noticed people like to go fishing real early in the morning. Are fish hungrier in the morning?

Once we were settled in we took a hike down to Lemolo Lake. We were told that there is biking path that  goes all the way around the lake.  There were alot of downed trees that have not been cleared of the path as of yet, and it was getting harder to get the bikes over the trees. My blood sugar started to drop and we forgot to bring snacks or glucose tablets, so we decided it was best to turn back.

(Neil said don't move! I am like get it off! Neil said don't move! He just wanted to take a picture- OMG)
