Grants Pass, Oregon- Memorial day Weekend (5/22/20 - 5/25/20) Blog post 68

We are staying at the KOA at Grants Pass, Oregon. It is Memorial day Weekend. I truly believe that we have the best site of the entire park. We have no neighbors next to us, especially when the park is at 100% occupancy. We have a patio with a fire pit. This was the first place we have been, that provided a gallon jug of water to be used to douse the fire when finished.  This park also has its very own access to the Jump off Joe creek. It is a steep climb down to the rocks, and then carefully make your way to two different swimming areas. I liked the area the left because that is where the waterfalls were. Other guests were being patient and respectful of staying 6ft and more away from others while making the trek down the steep hill down and up.

We also took a bike ride around the immediate area. Will explore Grants pass tomorrow, looking for places to ride our bikes.
