Giant Redwoods (5/8/20) Blog post 61

We arrived at the Beautiful Giant Redwoods RV park. The park is hidden down a very sketchy road, but once you enter the drive way, it is like you just enter into the Redwood forest. The Eel river backs up to the RV park.

We took a drive to the Avenue of the Giants, and then found the Fleismann Grove Trail to hike. The size of the trees, and the size of roots from fallen trees takes your breath away.  We also saw many slugs and also found rock art, that inspired me to start my own rock art and hide the rocks along our journey. Allison was able to join us virtually from Wasilla, AK.

(I like to call this Natures own flower pot)
