Drive to Yosemite Park (4/7/20) Blog post 52

It snowed yesterday at Bass Lake, but it melted within several hours. We decided to take a drive to the entrance of the Yosemite park, even though we knew that it was closed due to Covid-19. It was a spectacular drive. As we got higher in elevation we saw alot of snow, streams, and a frozen pond. I decided to go into the snow. I made it one step on the snow when whoop my leg went down a few feet. I was not dressed appropriately nor did I have the right shoes on to play in the snow. When I got back to the truck, I was trying to get snow out of my sock and shoe.
