Wolfs Off Leash

  Our last day in Montana. We are heading to the Beaverhead River RV park in Dillon, Montana. I don't remember much about the park other than the park backed up to the Snake River. It was perfect for the 1 night stay. We went for a short bike ride and saw what appeared to be 2 LLama's, a white and brown one, from our vantage point. 

  We arrived at the KOA in Butte Montana for the next 2 days. The park is along the Snake River. There is a really nice bike/walking/running path that runs parallel to the river.

  For the next 2 days, we stayed at a park called Ekstrom Stage Station in Clinton, Montana. It is a very small park. We were assigned our rv site when the reservation was made, because their office is closed on Monday's. When we arrived, we went to the desk outside the office with a sign informing guests that the office is closed on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Wednesdays. There was list of guests names, site number and instructions to leave money in envelope and place envelope under the door. The site we were assigned was site number 2 which is on a field of grass. The sites were so tight. Our neighbor on our west side, had a tent pitched right next to our sewer line, and we had to park very close to sewer line to allow us to have room on the east side to open our door. Fortunately the person for site number 3 did not show up and the people on the west side left the next morning, so we did not have anyone on either side of us for the next day.                                          (Another State added to our map- Montana) We arrived at this very cute RV park- Nugget RV park. The owners of the park, own 30 acres of land. There are 6 main trails to hike or bike on. Each of those trails has sub-trails on them. We also rode our bike down the road to the main travel center. It is known for their "Worlds best huckleberry" shake. Yes it was amazing. When we first sat down, I did not know if we should get up and run out. A majority of the visitors wore masks, but all the employees did not. Neil must have saw the concern on my face, because the next thing he was doing was checking the covid stats for the area. The county we were in and the neighboring had zero cases, thus zero deaths. It still bothered me because of the amount of visitors that come and go through the center. We decided to stay.
